Annapolis home prices rose in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Annapolis rose by $37,294 while total sales increased by 0.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 294 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,294 - a 10.5% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 293 homes sold in Annapolis in the first half of 2018.
