The first half of 2019: Home prices in Mayo fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Mayo fell by $6,001 while total sales increased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,500 - a 1.5% decrease over the $405,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Mayo in the first half of 2018.
