The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Belhaven Beach fell by $219,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 34.6% decrease over the $634,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Belhaven Beach in the first half of 2018.
