Home prices decreased in Rock Anna during the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Rock Anna fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Rock Anna in the first half of 2018.
