The first half of 2019: Home prices in Crownsville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Crownsville fell by $105,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $695,000 - a 13.1% decrease over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Crownsville in the first half of 2018.
