The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Glen Burnie rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 10% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 196 homes sold in Glen Burnie in the second quarter of 2020.
