Home prices increased in Pasadena during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Pasadena rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 42%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Pasadena in the second quarter of 2020.
