Median home prices in Bayside Beach fell to $350,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Bayside Beach fell by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bayside Beach in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
