The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Lake Shore increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $62,600 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,500 - a 19.6% increase over the $319,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2020.
