The second quarter of 2021: Jessup experienced a 34.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Jessup rose by $100,708 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,708 - a 34.7% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Jessup in the second quarter of 2020.
