Home prices decreased in Herald Harbor during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Herald Harbor fell by $41,095 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $436,095 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the second quarter of 2020.
