Edgewater median home prices rose by 21.6% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Edgewater rose by $72,750 while total sales decreased by 46.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $337,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Edgewater in the second quarter of 2020.
