The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cape St. Claire fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,000 - a 1% decrease over the $416,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the second quarter of 2020.
