The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Rose Haven increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Rose Haven rose by $95,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $334,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rose Haven in the second quarter of 2020.
