Pricing for the median home in Annapolis increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Annapolis rose by $21,075 while total sales decreased by 34.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,325 - a 5.1% increase over the $412,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2020.
