The second quarter of 2021: Arnold experienced a 16.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Arnold rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Arnold in the second quarter of 2020.
