Median home prices in Mayo rose to $500,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mayo rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 19% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Mayo in the second quarter of 2020.
