Annapolis Neck median home prices rose by 13.8% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Annapolis Neck rose by $68,000 while total sales decreased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $492,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the second quarter of 2020.
