The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Crownsville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Crownsville fell by $124,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $899,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Crownsville in the second quarter of 2020.
