The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Brooklyn Park rose by $47,291 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 28.2% increase over the $167,710 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in the first half of 2020.
