Home prices increased in Glen Burnie during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Glen Burnie rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 393 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 447 homes sold in Glen Burnie in the first half of 2020.
