Rising home prices in Ferndale in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Ferndale rose by $31,950 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,950 - a 12.4% increase over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Ferndale in the first half of 2020.
