The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Lake Shore in June 2020.
