June 2021: Maryland City experienced a 15.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Maryland City rose by $49,250 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $322,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Maryland City in June 2020.
