The first half of 2021: Bayside Beach experienced a 3.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Bayside Beach fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,500 - a 3.2% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bayside Beach in the first half of 2020.
