Home prices increased in Shady Side during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Shady Side rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Shady Side in the first half of 2020.
