Median home prices in Maryland City rose to $350,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Maryland City rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Maryland City in the first half of 2020.
