How did home prices perform in Deale during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Deale rose by $68,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 48 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $299,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Deale in the first half of 2020, as well.
