Arnold home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Arnold rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 49.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Arnold in June 2020.
