Arnold home prices fell in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Arnold fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in Arnold in the first half of 2020.
