The first half of 2021: Home prices in Severn increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Severn rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 206 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,500 - a 10.6% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 267 homes sold in Severn in the first half of 2020.
