Pricing for the median home in Annapolis increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Annapolis rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 30.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $438,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Annapolis in June 2020.
