What happened to the median home price in Jessup during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Jessup rose by $115,708 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,708 - a 42.1% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Jessup in the first half of 2020.
