Home prices increased in Woods Landing during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Woods Landing rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $393,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woods Landing in the first half of 2020.
