Pricing for the median home in Mayo increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Mayo rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $413,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Mayo in the first half of 2020.
