The first half of 2021: Gambrills experienced a 16.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Gambrills fell by $88,300 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,700 - a 16.1% decrease over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Gambrills in the first half of 2020.
