Rising home prices in Riva in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Riva rose by $97,925 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $576,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $478,076 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Riva in the first half of 2020.
