Galesville median home prices rose by 83.1% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Galesville rose by $270,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 - a 83.1% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Galesville in the first half of 2020.
