How did home prices perform in Briarwood during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Briarwood rose by $143,710 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $649,000 - a 28.4% increase over the $505,290 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Briarwood in the first half of 2020.
