Crownsville home prices fell in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Crownsville fell by $130,250 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $768,750 - a 14.5% decrease over the $899,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Crownsville in the first half of 2020.
