July 2021: Home prices in Annapolis increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Annapolis rose by $258,000 while total sales decreased by 94.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $735,000 - a 54.1% increase over the $477,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Annapolis in July 2020.
