September 2021: Home prices in Severn increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Severn rose by $59,500 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $370,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Severn in September 2020.
