Home prices increased in Mayo during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Mayo rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 22.1% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mayo in September 2020.
