The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Maryland City fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Maryland City fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 6.1% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Maryland City in the third quarter of 2020.
