Home prices decreased in Cape St. Claire during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cape St. Claire fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 74.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 7% decrease over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the third quarter of 2020.
