The third quarter of 2021: Annapolis experienced a 4.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Annapolis rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 71.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Annapolis in the third quarter of 2020.
