Annapolis Neck median home prices fell by 2.3% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Annapolis Neck fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 83%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $615,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the third quarter of 2020.
