The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Andrew P. Harris, Andy Harris for Congress, refunded $5,600 to Jeffrey A. Legum on March 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Andy Harris for Congress has refunded $8,500 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
