November 2021: Riviera Beach experienced a 1.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Riviera Beach fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 74.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,750 - a 1.2% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Riviera Beach in November 2020.
