Lake Shore median home prices rose by 62.9% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $208,500 while total sales decreased by 82.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 62.9% increase over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lake Shore in November 2020.
